I offer intentional, grounding, and restorative massage. Sessions may include Swedish massage techniques, focused muscular work, gentle lymphatic work, and grounding touch. Each session is adapted to your needs, comfort, and how your body responds.

Yes. Many clients come because their muscles feel tight, achy, or uncomfortable. I work directly with muscles and soft tissues, while also paying attention to the pace, pressure, and conditions that help the body settle and respond.
-
Pressure is always adjusted to your body and preferences. The goal is not to force the body, but to use effective pressure that your body can receive and trust. We can focus on specific areas of tension while keeping the session supportive and comfortable.
-
In many cases, yes, with appropriate precautions. Before your first session, you will complete an intake form so I can understand your health history and adapt the session safely. In some situations, medical clearance may be recommended before massage.
-
Your first session includes time to review your intake, discuss what you are looking for, and identify any areas of concern. During the massage, pressure, pace, and focus areas can be adjusted at any time. The intention is for you to feel welcomed, respected, and supported.

You can come in comfortable clothing. For the massage itself, you will undress only to your level of comfort and will be properly draped throughout the session. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
Clothed massage is also possible. If you prefer to remain partially or fully clothed, we can adapt the session accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, we can talk about them before the session so you feel comfortable and informed.
