About Alice

My path to this work has been shaped by personal experience as well as by many years of paying attention to how difficult seasons of life can affect health, well-being, and the way a person feels in their body.

My background includes veterinary medicine, healthcare, yoga and meditation teaching, oncology-informed yoga, life coaching and massage therapy. Over time, these experiences have shaped the way I work: with care, respect, and close attention to the whole person in front of me.

Who this work may support

At Grace and Wonder by Alice, my work is especially meaningful for people who are carrying a lot. Stress, health challenges, caregiving, grief, major life transitions, and the natural changes of the body can all leave a person feeling tense, tired, disconnected, or less at home in their body.

When the body stays in a state of alert, it can become harder to rest, recover, think clearly, feel steady, and fully appreciate life. Massage offers a way to meet some of that strain directly through the body.

How I work

My role is to offer respectful, skilled touch in a calm and supportive environment. I work from the understanding that the body releases tension when it feels safe. For that reason, I pair muscular work with a pace and pressure your body can trust.

Whether you are seeking relief from tension, support during a difficult season, or a space to reconnect with yourself, my intention is that you feel genuinely welcomed and supported.
